Memphis Friends Hit The Road

Memphis star Amy LaVere will open shows for her musical friends Lucero in the early fall for Lucero’s “Rambling Roadshow & Memphis Revue” tour. Lucero’s latest CD 1372 Overton Park is due out soon. While waiting for Lucero’s new CD to drop, check out their singer/songwriter Ben Nichols’ solo CD, based on Cormac McCarthy’s dark novel Blood Meridian.

Meanwhile, Amy is playing a few shows while she is recording a follow-up album to her stellar Anchors & Anvils. Amy will perform on August 8th in Memphis at a benefit for the great Jim Dickinson.
