Jam for George McCorkle Shaping Up to Be a Must See Event
Posted: Sep 26, 2007The Jam for George Concert is scheduled for Saturday, November 3, 2007 beginning at 1 PM at Barnett Park in downtown Spartanburg, SC. I attended another meeting of the planning group last night, and the show is shaping up to be the must see event of the year.
The musical line up so far: The Chris Hicks Experience, Johnny Neel, Tommy Crain & The Crosstown Allstars, The Winters Brothers Band, Henry Paul, Paul Hornsby (original Producer of MTB), Jimmie Van Zant Band with original Honkettes JoJo Billingsley and Lesley Hawkins, Candy Coburn, Southern Boys Band feat. Justin McCorkle and Bruce Wall, Michael Buffalo Smith Band, Winters/Heatherly Project (Tony Heatherly and Mark Burrell from Toy’s band, Donnie Winters from WBB, Mark Emerick from Commander Cody Band), Jackson Crossing, Silver Travis Band, Ragged Jack, Cadillac High and others.
