Warren Haynes In The Here And Now
Warren Haynes just released his latest solo album, Man In Motion. This recent NPR performance/interview with the North Carolina-born guitarist/songwriter deserves a dispatch.
Haynes earned his esteemed place in rock & roll. He's played with hundreds of talented musicians, but he's best known for his work with The Allman Brothers Band, The Dead and forming the power trio Gov't Mule.
Haynes stands as one of the most talented, respected and versatile musicians in the last three decades. Rolling Stone magazine voted Haynes as one of the Top 25 Rock & Roll Guitarists of all time.
Among various other projects, Haynes plays some amazing guitar on The Black Crowes co-founder Rich Robinson's upcoming solo album Through A Crooked Sun. Look for Swampland interview with Rich Robinson regarding his new album and recording with Haynes later next month. Give a listen to Man In Motion...
