John Bell Talks About Panic's First Trip To Japan
On July 29 and 30, Widespread Panic will perform at the Fuji Rock Festival in Japan. A few weeks ago I asked Panic singer/guitarist John Bell about Panic traveling to Japan, and he mentioned:
"Yeah, that's our first time to Japan, which is very hip because there are very few first time experiences we get that are not haphazard (laughs). We're excited. We get to play two nights there. Maybe someone will remember us..."
A few other bands playing the Fuji Rock Festival this week include R.E.M., The Zac Brown Band, Los Lobos, The Faces, Radiohead, Jakob Dylan, Wilco, The Avett Brothers, Coldplay, The Chemical Brothers and Tangerine Dream.
Good to see the Home Team in the Far East...
