Charlie Daniels Grand Ole Opry Induction Set for January 19th
Posted: Dec 21, 2007Charlie Daniels will be inducted as the newest member of the Grand Ole Opry on January 19, 2008 at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville.
Daniels was surprised with the invitation from Opry member Martina McBride during his annual Christmas For Kids benefit show in November. Opry members Marty Stuart and Connie Smith will help to honor Daniels during this special evening and Del McCoury, Mel Tillis and more of Opry regulars will also appear.
