In Huntsville, Alabama, they are planning to build a state of the art nuclear fallout shelter. Huntsville, home of the NASA Marshall Space Flight Center, serves as a logical target for terrorists. Congress cut off funding for fall out shelters years ago, and this planned project sets a new era of standards concerning nuclear threats. A new wave of the future? AP article.
