Bob Dylan: The Drawn Blank Series
"Oh, the streets are Rome are filled with rubble
Ancient footprints are everywhere..."
--Bob Dylan
"When I Paint My Masterpiece"
Bob Dylan painted a series of portraits while on tour between 1989 and 1992 that were published in a book titled Drawn Blank.
In Dylan's words, these landscapes, nudes, street scenes and still lifes were painted with the intention to "relax and refocus a restless mind". This official site explains the Artist, the Collection, the Exhibition and how to purchase and view Dylan's paintings.
