Gregg Allman Signs Book Deal

This week Gregg Allman signed a book deal to write his life story. The memoir will be published by William Morrow in the spring of 2012.
Allman released this statement regarding his book: "When I got out of high school, I thought, I'll take a year or two off and I'll play the clubs and get this out of my system, and then go to med school. More than forty years later, I figure it's finally time to write about this crazy journey that's taken me around the world and back."
