Nonfiction Alabama writers include Pulitzer prize winning journalist Rick Bragg's  latest book The Most They Ever Had, and any number of books by Alabama historian and scholar Wayne Flynt.  The sports fans among your family and friends will love Black Barons of Birmingham: The South's Greatest Negro League Team and Its Players by Larry Powell .
