Beaten Like Dawgs: Florida Humiliates Georgia on Halloween Weekend

Posted: Nov 01, 2009

Midnight From The Inside Out on Halloween Saturday for the Georgia Bulldogs

Well folks, my Georgia Bulldogs were stomped like a gang of losers on Saturday. What a fumbling mess. As a Georgia fan, it will be great to see Tim Tebow leave Florida. I’ll pull for him in the pros…

I heard the Zac Brown Georgia Theatre benefit show went off well. I caught up with my old partners Bloodkin on St. Simons where they played a Friday gig before the Georgia fans made way down to Jacksonville for what turned out to be a heinous game. It was hard to watch. On the Athens front, remember to join the Swampland/Athens Culture Facebook page.

I look forward to my upcoming interview with Chuck Leavell. Also, a long-overdue—part two—interview with Dust To Digital’s Lance Ledbetter is on the way. We’ve got some diverse reviews coming next week along with news from The Black Crowes, Bloodkin, Widespread Panic, The Drive By Truckers, Diann Blakely, Stanley Booth and various others. The days are getting darker…so you’ll have more time to read. Until tomorrow,

James Calemine
