Tom Waits' new double live CD--Glitter and Doom Live--includes 17 tracks. Many of the tracks were culled from southern shows such as Birmingham, Atlanta, Jacksonville, Knoxville and Tulsa.
The second CD of the package, titled "Tom Tales", includes 40 minutes of Waits' stage banter. This release includes live photos from the tour, and according to the welcome note folks can expect "strange but true tales and more imponderables on topics as far ranging as the origin of conciousness, the sexuality of Christ and the lonely journey of the male seahorse."
