Jesse Ed Davis ranks as a great American hero. He played a pivotal role in various musical moments (like the Concert for Bangladesh), but remains an obscure figure—an unknown to so many serious music fans. His story is not so happy…like so many of our heroes, eh?
A full-blooded Kiowa Indian, Jesse Ed Davis, earned a degree in literature as well as playing with luminaries such as George Harrison, Eric Clapton, Bob Dylan, John Lennon, John Lee Hooker, Taj Mahal, Albert King and Willie Nelson. Before his sad death at 44, Davis recorded one last great CD with fellow Native American John Trudell on Trudell’s AKA Graffiti Man. I want to connect all the dots on these underground players because they compose a big part in this everyday culture we all must wade through for the nuggets of gold in our lives…in the lives of those artists around us…

A very common use of a strobe light today is in emergency vehicles, especially when the light needs to be fitted in a concealed manner.
