Lynyrd Skynyrd's Best Songs of All Time
Posted: Jan 18, 2009Ain't no other band like Lynyrd Skynyrd. That's just a fact. Hard core fact, brothers and sisters. This group has put out some or rock and roll's most enduring music, so when I sat down to make my list of the 25 Best Lynyrd Skynyrd Songs ever, I knew I had my work cut out for me.
I made myself a bologna sandwich, took a shot of Jim Beam, a sip of Diet Coke, put on the Second Helping album (my favorite) and got down to business. Obviously, the first two songs could be named by any bum on the street, as they are a pair of rock's most well loved songs. But then came the hard part.
