The anemic 2008 is behind us. Time to move on. 2009 will be an interesting year. Many folks had some good NYE shows to attend last night...Bloodkin in Charleston, Widespread Panic in Denver, Derek Trucks in Atlanta, The North Mississippi All-Stars with Jim Dickinson and Amy LaVere in Memphis and Chuck Berry in New York City...
In the first couple of months here at Mystery And Manners will find us covering many new artists and events as well as keeping up with our amigos Bloodkin, Dust To Digital, The Drive By Truckers, Widespread Panic, Jimmy Herring, The Black Crowes, Stanley Booth, Diann Blakely, Paul Hemphill, Harry Crews, Jim Dickinson, Luther Dickinson, Marc Ford, Ryan Bingham, Amy Lavere, Jonathan Wilson, Ike Stubblefield, Shannon Runquist, David Barbe, Bob Dylan, Bruce Burch, Soul Food, Hank Williams and countless other items regarding food, film, literature, photography, painting, music, agriculture, architecture, politics and guest appearences.
